Mobile App Ticket Access Guides
Follow the steps below to access your Army-Navy Game tickets on your mobile device
STEP ONE
Download the Army Navy Game Mobile App on your iOS device, open the app and click 'Tickets' in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
STEP TWO
Click 'Sign in to Army-Navy Game' at the bottom of the page and sign in to your account using your Ticketmaster login.
STEP THREE
Once logged in, you should see the Army-Navy Game event on this page. Click here to view your tickets.
STEP FOUR
All of your tickets can be found here - first, click 'View Barcode'.
STEP FIVE
Once the barcode displays on your device, click 'Add to Apple Wallet'.
STEP SIX
Select 'Add Just This Ticket' to add save only one ticket (or select tickets) to your Apple Wallet. To add all tickets purchased via your Ticketmaster account to your Apple Wallet, click 'Add All Tickets'.
STEP SEVEN
Once added, all Army-Navy Game tickets can be found in your Apple Wallet.

Download the Army Navy Game Mobile App on your Android device, open the app and click 'Tickets' in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
STEP TWO
Click 'Manage My Tickets' at the top of the page.
STEP THREE
Once logged in, you should see the Army-Navy Game event on this page. Click here to view your tickets.
STEP FOUR
All of your tickets can be found here - first, click 'Add to Google Wallet'. Make sure to do this with all tickets in your Ticketmaster account if you want them all added.
STEP FIVE
Once added, all Army-Navy Game tickets can be found in your Google Wallet.
STEP ONE
Click 'Manage My Tickets' at the top of the page.
STEP TWO
You will be prompted to choose which seat(s) you would like to transfer. Once you've made your selection, tap "Continue" in the bottom right of the screen.
STEP THREE
To transfer select either via email address or text message.
STEP FOUR
If you have the recipient’s contact information already stored digitally in your phone’s address book, choose “select from contacts” to have their phone number or email address automatically populate for you. Additionally, you will have the option to enter their information manually.
STEP FIVE
Enter first name, last name, and phone number/email of the recipient(s) you wish to send the ticket(s) to. Once you enter in the contact information, select "Transfer _ Ticket(s)" to send to your recipient.

Yes. You must download your ticket(s) prior to gameday and add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

NO printable PDF tickets will be accepted or considered a valid form of entry for the 2023 Army-Navy Game. Only digital ticket(s) presented in the Army-Navy mobile app or in a digital wallet will be accepted.
No. You will receive an e-mail from the Army OR Navy Ticket Office with instructions on how to download the Army-Navy Game app that links to your ticket(s).
Add all of your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving at the stadium.
Yes, simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually to scan.
You can manage your tickets online and transfer them to all of your guests electronically. You can transfer a specific seat and game or multiple seats and games.
The recipient will receive a text message with a link to accept and download their tickets.
You can transfer your tickets at any time, but it is recommended that you do so 48 hours prior to arriving on gameday.
No, screenshots of mobile tickets will not be accepted.
No. A smartphone must be used to scan the tickets for entry.

You already did, every ticket is a parking pass for the game.
Overnight Parking
Please use this link to purchase an overnight parking spot: https://am.ticketmaster.com/gillettestadium/overnightparking
Space is limited. Each order will be limited to one overnight RV parking pass. The cost is $150 for Saturday night or $300 for Friday and Saturday night. Overnight RV’s will be allowed to arrive as early as noon on Friday, December 8 and must depart by noon on Sunday, December 10. Overnight RV parking passes MUST be purchased in advance. There will be no opportunity to purchase overnight parking on game day (December 9, 2023).
