WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Army-Navy Star Series, presented by USAA, continues today as Navy travels to West Point to face the Black Knights in a dual wrestling match at Christ Arena.
The Mids enters Sunday match with an 8-2 record, while Army sits at 6-5.
Sunday's match marks the 61st meeting between Army and Navy in a rivalry that dates back to a 17-8 win by the Mids on March 2, 1957 in Annapolis.

THE SERIES
• Navy has been the dominant team in the series, boasting a 49-6-5 advantage, including a 22-5-3 record in matches staged in West Point.
• The Midshipmen have suffered just two setbacks (1997, 19-12 and 2015, 21-10) to Army in the last 54 matches, as Navy owns a spectacular 47-2-5 record during that span.
• Last year, Navy won two of the final three matches to overcome a four-point deficit and defeat Army West Point, 19-17, in Annapolis.

A LOOK AT ARMY
• The Black Knights recently saw their five-match winning streak come to an end on Feb. 10 on the road against No. 14 Lehigh.
• These two teams last met at Christl Arena in 2015 when Army snapped a 17-match winless streak with a 21-10 victory.
• Junior Wedholm leads the team with 23 wins on the season, while seniors Parsons and Samson Imonode pace Army with eight dual wins apiece.
• Wedholm and Parsons are both tied for second on the team with 12 bonus-point wins on the year.
• Freshman Harvey is the lone Cadet to start every dual this season, doing so at 174 pounds.
• In the last competition between the two programs, Army sent eight to the finals of the All-Academy Championships en route to its second-consecutive title.
NAVY NOTEBOOK
• Third-year Navy head coach Joel Sharratt has led the Midshipmen to an 8-2 record this season with wins over Johns Hopkins (2), Delaware Valley (2), American, Maryland, Duke and George Mason. In addition to the ODU loss, Navy's only other setback was against nationally-ranked Lehigh.
• Three Mids have reached 20 wins this season, including 15th-ranked Bernstein who leads the team with a 24-6 record.
• He has won at least 20 matches in each of his three seasons at the Academy and has amassed an 82-33 mark. Additionally, he stands 20-4 in dual action over his career, including 8-0 this season.
• Just half of Navy's projected lineup has wrestled in this dual previously with junior 149-pound Wilding the lone Mid to score a win - 125 Leadbeter (0-1), Wilding (1-1), 165 Daniels (0-2), 174 Bernstein (0-2) and 197 Cervantes (0-1).
