The Army-Navy Game Fan Fest on RavensWalk at M&T Bank Stadium will have activities for kids.
All tickets will be stored in the Army-Navy App. Fans are encouraged to download the Army-Navy Game app prior to arriving at the stadium.
In order to provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into NFL stadiums, M&T Bank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Only the following types of bags are allowed:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. (Officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12" x 6" x 12" is available through club merchandise outlets).
- One Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags/belt bags are allowed but should not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" , with or without a handle or strap. These can be carried separately or within a clear plastic bag.
Fans needing ADA accommodations are encouraged to contact the organization they purchased their tickets from (Army West Point Athletics or Navy Athletics).
The home team at M&T Bank Stadium is Navy and the Midshipmen will be on the south sideline.
Re-Entry Policy
Once a guest exits the stadium, there is no re-admission except on a full, unused ticket for that day's event.
Alcohol Policy
Fans must be 21 or older to purchase/consume alcoholic beverages at the stadium and parking lots. Proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage. The Ravens and concessionaire reserve the right to check proof of legal drinking age. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted, which may be reduced without prior notice. All alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the third (3rd) quarter, but may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of stadium management.
Tailgating Policy
Tailgating involves the use of grills, coolers, chairs, tables or other devices that could inhibit pedestrian passage or vehicular access. Activities that do not use any additional space beyond your parking space are permitted. Port-o-lets are provided throughout the parking lot.
The RedZone Lot opens five (5) hours prior to kickoff. All other Fan lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff. Port-o-lets are provided throughout the parking lots. H-Purple is not a tailgating lot.
Tailgating closes at kickoff and all guests must enter the stadium or depart from the property at this time. All lots close two (2) hours after the end of the game.
In order for all guests to enjoy the tailgating experience, we ask that fans follow these guidelines:
- Use of an empty parking space for tailgating is permitted only in designated areas and until such time as the space is needed to park other vehicles.
- Use of an empty parking space for tailgating is not permitted in the Platinum Lots.
- When parking, park your car in one space only and between the white lines.
- Parking permits are to be used for cars only, not for additional tailgating space or storage.
- Be considerate of other guests' vehicles.
- For the safety of all guests and for emergency vehicle access, please keep all aisles clear.
- Dispose of all trash in proper receptacles.
- Prior to entering the stadium, please extinguish all flames and grills. Ash dumpsters are available throughout the lots for your convenience. Do not place a hot grill in or under any vehicle.
Guest Services
Guest Service Ambassadors assist fans during games with stadium information, lost children, driving directions, first game certificates, special moment buttons, wheelchairs and hearing-impaired devices. Guest Services Locations are on the lower-level concourse (Sections 100 & 117), upper-level concourse (Sections 500 & 527) and at the Club Level concierge desks (Sections 202, 224, 229 and 251). Guest Service Kiosks are located in Section 134 on the lower-level and in Sections 519 and 547 in the upper-level to assist with guest questions.
The Stadium Access Policy states that fans will NOT be allowed re-entry into M&T Bank Stadium if they exit the Stadium.

ADA SERVICES
Fans needing ADA accommodations are encouraged to contact the organization they purchased their tickets from (Army West Point Athletics or Navy Athletics).
There are Assisted Listening Devices available at any Guest Services Center (Sections 100, 118, 525, or 553).
The Ravens have teamed up with Home Team Captions and VITAC to provide closed captioning for deaf and hard of hearing individuals at all home games. Closed captioning for the public address system is available on the ribbon boards around the seating bowl.
Captioning is available via personal smartphones or a courtesy handset acquired on gameday. Deaf and hard of hearing guests can enable their personal device at any time by following this step:

There are four (4) banks of elevators in M&T Bank Stadium for guests with ADA needs – two on the North side and two on the South side. North side elevators are located near Sections 102 and 146, south side elevators are located near Sections 119 and 129. Any guest with disabilities that has a suite level ticket can use any of the four main suite lobby elevators (102, 124, 129, 151). Please note that there are stairs to enter the suite elevator lobby at section 124. The suite lobby elevators at sections 102 and 129 have no stairs and are accessible for any guest with a disability plus (1) companion.
The ADA elevators located at sections 119 (South) and 146 (North) are open to any guest and companions who require the use of an elevator to reach their seat location.
Only guests with suite level tickets may enter the elevator lobbies from the exterior of the stadium. Guests with accessible non-suite level tickets MUST access the elevators from the interior concourse.
The following gates are accessible for guests with disabilities: Gates A, B, C, D, F, A1. Medical needs lines exist at all main gates (A, B, C, D).
There are four (4) escalators in M&T Bank Stadium, two on the north side (near section 146 and a second near section 150) and two on the south side (near section 119 and 127). The escalators located at section 150 and 127 service the club level ONLY. The new escalators by section 117 and 146 will service the upper level.
There are 64 restrooms located throughout M&T Bank Stadium. All are equipped with accommodations for guests with disabilities.
Only service animals are allowed in M&T Bank Stadium. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
