STADIUM POLICIES

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap.

  • Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all guests to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid entrance delays.
  • If you plan to enter the stadium to watch the March-On of the Corp of Cadets and Brigade of Midshipman, you will not be permitted to exit the stadium following the March-On and re-enter for the game.
  • All guests entering the stadium are subject to search. Refusal to comply may be grounds to prohibit admission.

PERMITTED ITEMS (subject to search):

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap.

  • One Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Blankets, tarps, coats/jackets, binoculars.
  • Seat cushions without a back, zipper, or pocket are allowed as well as inflatable seat cushions.
  • Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag.
  • An exception may be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
  • Food is allowed to be brought in a clear plastic bag

CAMERAS/VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Small still photography cameras are permitted in the stadium. Small pocket sized digital cameras with a zoom lens 6 inches or shorter are permitted. Larger 35mm cameras cannot exceed 3 inches in length. Please refrain from using flash photography. Video cameras are strictly prohibited.



Smoking Policy

M&T Bank Stadium is now a smoke-free facility as required by Maryland State Law. There are no designated smoking areas inside M&T Bank Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located outside of Gates A, B, C, and D. Proceed to the designated smoking areas 25 feet or greater from the stadium entry gates. This policy also applies to electronic cigarettes or any alternative smoking product – they are not permitted. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be ejected from the stadium. Thank you for your attention to this new policy.

Area Parking Garages and Surface Lots
All lots at M&T Bank Stadium are sold in advance by permit only. If you do not have a permit, please consider an area garage or surface lot. There are more than 30,000 spaces in garages and lots North, East, South and West of M&T Bank Stadium. For locations of parking garages, call 410-261-7283 or visit the city website.

Disabled Parking
Parking spaces for fans with disabilities are available on a first come, first served basis in Lots B, C & R (Lot R is located under the Russell Street bridge). No permits are issued in advance for disabled parking spaces. An appropriate state issued disabled placard or license plate is required to gain access to available disabled parking spaces and the registered owner must be in the vehicle. We recommend that guests requiring disabled parking arrive at the lots as early as possible, as spaces fill up quickly.



Tailgating

  • Cooking is not permitted within two (2) feet of vehicles.
  • Charcoal cooking: Use self-starting briquettes only. Lighter fluid is not permitted. Always use fresh coals.
  • Propane cooking: There is a twenty-pound tank limit. The canister must be mounted to grill assembly.
  • Fires are not to be left unattended! Discard used coals in red barrels located in the lot.
  • All fires must be contained and operated in a safe manner at all times. Do not place hot grills under your vehicle to be used later.
  • Open burning in Baltimore City is prohibited.
  • Recreational fires, outdoor fire pits and the use of any combustible of flammable liquids in a container or open space as a fuel source is prohibited.
  • The fire code official is authorized to order the extinguishment of open burning that creates or adds to a hazardous or objectionable situation.
